Trausty Buyers are able to request desired services through a standardized platform that allows them to hire, monitor progress, complete payment and rate each one of the services provided by vendors.

Buyers that can benefit from using the platform include Ship Operators, Charterers, Owners, Technical Departments, Crew Handling Agencies, Ship Managers, Insurers (P&I Clubs) and any other party that needs services for its vessel or crew.

By simply registering as a Buyer (Company or Personal), you have access to managing your account. Companies must assign an “administrator” and as many “coordinators” as needed to monitor their requests.
